上海出入境检验检疫局
　

　　上海出入境检验检疫局由原上海进出口商品检验局、上海动植物检疫局、上海卫生检疫局合并组建而成，是国家质量监督检验检疫总局设在上海口岸的直属机构，由国家质量监督检验检疫总局实施垂直领导。上海出入境检验检疫局拥有国内领先、门类齐全的检验检疫仪器设备，是一个技术力量雄厚、检测手段齐全的综合性检验检疫机构。
　

　　上海出入境检验检疫局依据中华人民共和国进出口商品检验法及其实施条例、中华人民共和国进出境动植物检疫法及其实施条例、中华人民共和国国境卫生检疫法及其实施细则、中华人民共和国食品卫生法对上海口岸出入境旅客、动植物及其产品、进出口商品、运输工具等实施检验检疫和监督管理。

Shanghai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau

Shanghai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, established by the merger of the former Shanghai Import and Export Commodity Inspection Bureau, Shanghai Animal and Plant Quarantine Bureau, and Shanghai Health and Quarantine Bureau, is the organization set up at the Shanghai Port and directly governed by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ).
